T-ball/ Toss Ball

Isaac is played T-ball this summer and had a great time. He was so excited to be playing 2 days a week like his brother does. Here he is playing catcher. Catcher was his favorite position and he was the best catcher on his team, according to him. He did a great job!
He is running into home.
Batting.

Declan was in Toss Ball which is for 8 and 9 year olds. He had a rough year learning things and hitting. We practiced with him batting at home and now he seems to be hitting really well. Our coaching is no help and needs help themselves, so Jeff and I have been helping the kids. Declan's favorite position is 2nd base this year.

I love this picture of running into home.

Circus

We took the kids to the Circus again this year. Jeff's cousin, Alyssa and kids (Ashtyn, Braden, Ellery) were here from Texas, so they went with us. You can see Isaac and his weird face in front on the elephant ride. The elephant ride used to be the highlight of the circus for the kids and now this year they said it was boring. They are growing up way too fast!
It is hard to see because the pictures were dark from the open door behind the elephant. Isaac is first, then Braden, Ellery, Ashtyn, and Declan is behind Ashtyn. Alyssa's kids loved the elephant ride!

Strange Puppy!

You usually hear about puppies chewing up shoes, but I haven't ever heard of puppies sleeping in shoes. She hasn't chewed up one shoe yet, but she can be found sleeping on them all the time. Shoes are pretty smelly so I don't get it.

Sunset with storm coming

We took these pictures from our deck and I wanted to share.

Helicopter Ride to see finished House

We took another helicopter ride this year at Summerfest again. We asked the pilot to take us our to our house so we can get pictures and movie of the finished product.
Here is part of the city of Fergus Falls.
Lake Alice- this lake doesn't look this big when we walk around it. The water sure looks gross, doesn't it? Thank you to the many geese.
Our house is the green one.

West side of the house. Too bad our grass didn't come up before these pictures. Oh well, maybe next year we can get the completely finished product.

South and West side of the house.

Asha at 10 weeks old

Man, she is growing fast. She is already much bigger than this. I will get to that after I get caught up on all the other posts I am behind on.
this water bucket is at my parent's house. I don't know if I have another one of her by this, but I have to make sure I get one.

New Furniture

I have been informed that I have been a bit slow on updating my blog. I cannot understand what you mean, it has only been a month and a half.

Well, way back in June we got some furniture for our house. These are our chairs in the library. They are super comfortable and we have sat in them alot and just read books in the evenings.

We also got a china hutch for our dining room. We got really lucky, too. We picked up the hutch from Direct Buy out of a picture in a book they had. It matched out table and chairs we had perfectly. We realized when we put the hutch in the living room that they are made by the same company. Talk about luck!
