Sioux hockey weekend
This is our Sioux hockey player signature wall. We have every player sign our wall when they come to our suite. Top to bottom: Zach Parise (he plays for the Devils now), Jonathan Toews ( he plays for the BlackHawks now), Ryan Duncan (graduated last year), T.J. Oshie ( he plays for Blues now), and Chay Genaway (we met him this weekend, he is a Senior and team captain)Art Projects
We were given a family project /home work for Declan's class. I just love getting homework, NOT! We had to Decorate Declan's turkey. We started out using the foam stickers, pom poms, and crayons. Then it escalted into hockey stuff out of my scrapbooking supplies. We found some hockey skates for the turkey and you can see the rest.Monday, November 2, 2009
Halloween Costumes 09
Pumpkin Carving
Some friends and us totally believe that misery loves company when we carve pumpkins. We were invited with them last year to carve and we are totally conformed to their way of doing it now. We had everyone over to our house for supper and then the carving began. It is mostly the parents carving while the kids go back and forth from playing to helping carve.
Jeff helped/did Isaac's pumpkin. He chose a pattern that came with the carving tools for his.

Grandpa and Grandma took all of us on a hay rack ride.
Asha and Juno didn't know what to think of the ride, but did really well.
The boy's costumes. Jason was a ninja, Declan a Sioux fan, Justin is Iron Man, and Isaac was a Storm Trooper.
One of the games was brothers had to work together to walk like a spider. Declan and Isaac did really well coming up with a way to have 8 legs.
The grandparents also gave the boys this very ugly spider that had to be hung on my walls when we got home. I am used to it now, but I still dislike that thing. Only grandparents can get away with stuff like that because you cannot pay them back.Thank you Grandma and Grandpa from the farm for the party. The kids are still talking about it and had a great time.
