Who would have thought we would get over 7 inches of snow on April 7th and have a snow day for school? Surely, not us, but then again we do live in Minnesota.
Our Lilac bush was really pretty, but it would have been prettier in December with this amount of snow.
We opened up the garage door to this mound of snow. The kids have fun knocking it down.
The snow was so wet and heavy, Jeff had a hard time with the snow blower. The kids are letting the snow fall onto them. Don't ask me why because I am not sure why they started that. Not only did Mother Nature bless us with one snow storm in April, but she gave us another one on the 11th for another snow day from school with about 3 inches. I think south of here got much more snow that day. The kids only had 3 days of school last week from snow. It is mostly gone because it has been in the 40's and close to 50, but we better not be blessed with any more until at least November!
